Gerald Green still has unreal hops, and the new Miami Heat guard puts it on full display in practice. Green posted a pair of Instagram videos on Wednesday night showing off just that. 

The first video he showing off how much hops he still has by jumping high enough to get his entire head above the rim. The second is a Dominque Wilkins windmill bounce off the wall and catch with ease. Needless to say should be plenty of highlight films in Hot Maimi.

Kicksonfire.com is reporting that the Air Jordan 13 Retro "Hologram" now has a official release date. Just a day after the Air Jordan Future Premium “Dark Chocolate” will be released in at retailers, Nike has annouced that the Holograms will hit stores October 25th. at select Nike and Jordan Brand retailers.
